The PWPGC focuses on the furtherance of providing a comprehensive academic and life skills plan for the Post Grad student athletes we serve by addressing various aspects that contribute to the holistic development of athletes beyond their athletic abilities. Throughout the course of each athletes Post Grad experience our goal focuses an outlined program model to help advance each student course of action:
The PWPGC provides athletes with an excellent opportunity to transition to college athletics by offering both athletic training and the chance to complete college coursework. This dual focus on sports and academics can be particularly beneficial for athletes looking to enhance their future eligibility and scholarship opportunities, whether aiming for the NCAA or NAIA.
1. Academic Support:
– Tutoring Services:
– Provide students access to tutors who specialize in various subjects to help athletes maintain academic performance while balancing training and competition schedules.
– Schedule regular tutoring sessions tailored to individual academic needs.
– Study Hall Requirements:
– Implement mandatory study hall hours to ensure athletes devote sufficient time to academics.
– Monitor attendance and progress to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
– Academic Counseling:
